Growth maturity audit
How ready is your business to grow?
Twenty questions across eight areas: leadership, investment, market, acquisition, customer value, retention, measurement and people. About eight minutes. You get a maturity score, a chart of where you are strong and weak, and the verdicts I would start with.
How the score works
Four levels, four stages
Each answer is a level from 1 to 4. An area’s score is the average of its answers, scaled so level 1 is 0 and level 4 is 100. The overall score is the average of the eight areas.
- 0–34
- Reactive. Growth happens to the business rather than because of it.
- 35–59
- Developing. The pieces exist but do not connect, so growth is hard to repeat.
- 60–79
- Scaling. A working growth engine with clear gaps.
- 80–100
- Compounding. Growth is planned, measured and repeatable.
This is a self-assessment, so it measures what the team believes. The full growth audit checks those beliefs against the numbers.
