TSA Riley: a rebrand during rapid growth
A fast-growing project and cost consultancy changed its name, its proposition and its marketing function at the same time, without pausing the work that was paying for it.
Situation
TSA Management was growing quickly and becoming TSA Riley. The firm needed a brand and value proposition that would carry the new name across its markets, and a marketing function able to keep pace with the growth.
Decision
Back a full rebuild of the value proposition, strategy, positioning and style, and roll it out to every staff member while business as usual and growth continued.
- Built marketing capability, internal and external communications
- Ran business development, and the bids and pursuits pipeline
- Ran brand, digital, CRM and campaigns across the firm
- Led a two-year rebrand programme with the marketing team
Result

Limits
This is a firm-wide result. Growth came from the whole business: its people, its delivery and its markets. Marketing’s share of it was not measured separately, and I would not claim it.
